Just Where We Stand…..
To all at DGM,
Here we go again closing out yet another prosperous year. With that I would like everyone at DGM to know that all your hard work and dedication didn’t go un-noticed by us here at Baker Frac-Point. You all have worked your butts off to get where you are now, and to help us get to where we are now. I want to thank each and every one of you for putting up with us (me) here at Frac-Point. I know some of you like to spend time with your families and possibly get some sleep before going back to work the following day, but you sometimes get the occasional phone call at 3 in the morning with me on the other end of the phone wanting it completed faster than possible. I want you to know (Gladis) that it hasn’t gone without notice. I sometimes forget that some people need to sleep even if I do not. DGM is part of the Baker “family” and I would like for it to continue to stay that way. Jean and Marc have gone through great strides to make sure Baker is always on top, thank you for that. With all we send and all we demand you all always come through. We look for four times the amount of work for this upcoming year, which means there will be even more sleepless nights and longer days from each of you. I will try my hardest to take you and your family’s feelings into consideration when I am desperately trying to achieve the impossible! Gladis, I know your group is putting in hours that most would turn down. Your entire group is doing a great job helping us out and getting us what we need on time and correct. I sometimes forget that you have more than Frac-Point to deal with, and still I push you to the end. You never break and you will work till the jobs are completed! Please make sure you let all the girls know that their hard work and dedication is greatly noticed. I will always know that you at DGM will let me know it can be done, and you will strive for ultimate success even if the tasks at hand cannot be accomplished in the timely manner that I am looking for, (I needed it yesterday!) Please always know that when the day ends everything I might have said is water under the bridge. Which brings me to Nelson; I would like to personally thank you and your warehouse personnel for finding the most cost efficient way of helping us out, and trying to keep me satisfied by staying just one step ahead of me. Please give all of your guys and ladies a big round of applause from me.
